Requirements
-2 years experience in digital marketing
Must be proficient in executing an online marketing campaign, reporting results & managing budget
-2 years experience in a sales role preferred
Proficient in SEO & SEM
-Experience in the tourism industry preferred
-Experience in events looked upon favorably
-Experience working with groups looked upon favorably
-Sales driven, independent worker, can take initiative and is flexible
-High level of organizational skills
-Creative, confident and passionate about travel and excellent customer service

-Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Must have strong desire for tourism sales with focus on career and industry growth.

Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Researching and fully developing market segment targets; development and execution of sales campaigns, and industry interaction.
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
Take part in familiarisation visits to new destinations, to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers
Identify new opportunities and create and manage strategies to secure new customers
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Motivate the sales team to hit and exceed their targets and ensure company profitability
Monitor and review all marketing activities, and assess all the results achieved
Communicate with Tourism Companies and Agencies
Attend exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events.
Develop and maintain the communications content calendar in our media channels
Writing, editing, publishing and sharing high-quality and engaging content on social media (, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms) that builds meaningful connections and encourages target audiences to take action
Coordinate compelling digital and social media activations, including copy-writing, content creation, editing, design, and execution
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
