- Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record in Human Resources especially in luxury hotel brand.
- Well organized and highly self-motivated.

Assisting in managing, controlling, and coordinating benefits, wages, salaries, labor and team member relations, and training. They assist in the development and formulation of policies, procedures support the operational needs of the hotel. To act as the HR administrator to handle all HR administration job functions including payroll and benefits.
