Accounting and Finance Manager @Ascott Thonglor Bangkok

- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in hospitality business.
- Have good English communication skills.
- Have good problem-solving skills.
- Competent in PC accounting software.

1.Review invoice from suppliers and attach with proper PO and PR and other supporting documents, e.g. quotations etc.

2.Take care of Journal Ledger for Accounts Payable.

3.Check input VAT and arrange for input VAT report as required by management.

4.Control fixed assets register and depreciation.

5.Review Payment Voucher before submitting to Finance Manager.

6.Check account code and others in the Account Payable and Payment Voucher before posting to G/L.

7.Prepare prepayment accounts.

8.Reconcile Current Account at the end of each month.

9.Prepare detail of accounts for Finance Manager.

10.Direct, coordinate and set up all aspects of the financial and accounting function to ensure compliance with local accounting standards and TAL Policies and Procedures.

11.Prepare annual budget for AIMT in line with management direction on monthly basis.

12.Generate timely AIMT financial statements and other management reports such as MMR, Closing Figures (PMS) Report, KPI Report, with standard TAL package and submit to HQ within deadline.

13.Liaise with external auditors, bankers, lawyers, consultants, solicitors on legal and financial matters, tax and other government authorities and agencies.

14.Prepare AIMT central expenses worksheet and close Oracle A/P transactions.
