- Sound experience as a front desk manager or similar.
- Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to provide top-class customer service.
- Good leadership and training abilities as well as works well with team.
- Ability to be flexible working hours, able to work long hours if needed, and work well under pressure.
- Good customers service minded.
- Special consideration for those with experiences in managing boutique hotel or luxury villa type property.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of front desks.
- Define and implement SOP for Front Office departments.
- Support HR manager for hiring and training staff.
- Trains, cross ?trains, and retrains all front office personnel.
- Direct and coordinates front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls and emails.
- Tend to guests' feedback and questions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshoot emergencies.
- Maintain front desk office supplies and equipment.
- Manage budgets, records, and contracts.
- Conduct performance reviews with all departments.
- Prepare monthly reports, records and budget for the department.
- Ensure company?s policies and security requirements are met.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing and updating records among others, as needed.
*Salary between 30k to 40k/month depends on experience and abilities.
*4 -6 days off a month depends on other arrangements/agreements.
