? Certification in HACCP
? At least 2 years experience working as a Sous Chef or 5 years as a Chef de Partie at 5 star hotels or large or international brand
? A basic command of the English language
? Have demonstrated leadership, training and cooking skills in several specific cuisine in a la carte and group cooking
? Supervises production of all pastries, cakes, bread, desserts and sugar/chocolate decoration items, Creativity, guidelines.
