? Over 26 years old
? 2 years experience as a Demi Chef
? At least 4 years of practical culinary experience in Pastry and Bakery.
? A strong understanding of HACCP
? A basic command of the English language

? Carries out the assigned tasks to the highest professional standards and in accordance to the directives and instructions received by the Sous-Chef.
