? Have a strong working knowledge in Kitchen.

Assists the Plant Centric Chef in monitoring the operation and function of Plant Centric kitchen. To maintain the quality and standard of each product from each kitchen in its taste, appearance, and freshness. Ensures that all Mis-en-place are up to date and correctly prepared. Responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, which may involve scheduling or dealing with personnel issues.
