Pastry Chef de partie

? At least 2 years? experience as Chef de Partie in a well-established hotel, restaurant or shop.
? Have a strong working knowledge in Pastry/Bakery.
? Strong understanding of HACCP.
? Demonstrates a real passion for the field with strong leadership, dedication, creativity, and determination to succeed.

Manage the respective section in the kitchen to produce consistently excellent quality of product. Guides the cooks and more junior kitchen staff to adhere to the set standards and recipes, always following the food safety and hygiene guidelines.
