Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent hotel management courses
0-2 years? experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication
Engaged in Social Media platforms (e.g. Facebook, IG)
Excellent both oral and written English skills, Thai language
Microsoft Office
Knowledgeable in property management system (PMS)
Great people skilled, self-starter, goal oriented, tactful, sociable, forthcoming, creative, analytical, level headed, resilient and organized
Job Description
Develop chat channel customer engagement guidelines.
Audit and manage customer engagement and revenues over chat channels.
Drive customer engagement and revenues from Chat channels.
Assist E-Commerce Manager with OTAs, Channel Manager and Booking engine on various aspects like shop rate competitor, review/update content & photo, and prepare/compare production.
Assist property reservation team in resolving issues that they cannot handle e.g. cancellation, refund with OTA.
Oversee and manage sale contracts with offline travel agencies, tour operators, or group reservations.
Assist Commercial Team with improving website performance.
Assist Commercial Team on reports daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain and assure quality control of customer profile in database.
Manage database E-blast over email and chat channels.
Together with Commercial Team to ensure customer satisfaction over all digital channels.
Update hotel systems, troubleshoot, train and retain teams on new functionality.
Administrate general tasks for the Commercial Team including coordinate with other departments.
