- 10 YEAR CAREER WITH MINIMIUM OF 5 YEARS AS DIM SUM SOUS CHEF
- BASIC IN ENGLISH.
- ADAPTATION ON THE JOB REQUEST , SHIFT , EXTRA HOURS.
- ABLE TO ESTABLISH RELATIONSHIP WITH GUEST AND OTHERS.
? Produces all types of Dim Sum as instructed by Chinese Chef in a professional way to ensure quality and consistency and is fully responsible for his assigned section.
? Ensures production is sufficient order to operate uninterrupted.
? Prepare, produce and present all of kinds of Dim Sum.
? Check to avoid breakage and spoilage.
? Ensure quality and freshness of all Dim Sum preparation.
? Direct staff to work.
? Ensure that production is done to the standard of company.
? Delegate work to staff assigned to him.
? Can operate all utensils and equipment in his assigned section.
? Train subordinates continuously in order to upgrade quality and production in a professional way.
? Responsible for the wastage and try to minimize the spoilage.
? Delegate work to his subordinates in order to run uninterrupted.
? Check preparation work and ensure quality.
? Keep on changing types of Dim Sum.
