1. Handle and respond to guest?s difficulty, challenge, comments and complaint via direct person, telephone, email, online reviews and social networks.
2. Take responsible upon situation of crisis and accident within the hotel.
3. Ensure that all issues relating to guest satisfaction are dealt with and followed up in timely and professionally manner.
4. Oversee Front Office operation, ensuring effective work flow and all daily tasks are completed and correct.
5. Oversee and conduct daily briefing to ensure associates are up-to-date with current information and data of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets & promotion.
6. Meet and greet all returning guest, VIP and all guest of the hotel.
7. Conduct regular associate training, monthly meeting, and monitor training tracking system for all associates to ensue their effectiveness and productivity.
8. Develop departmental training and activities in order to continuously improve associate skill and knowledge.
9. Attend morning brief and related meetings upon FOM?s absence.
10. Ensure the staffing levels in line with hotel occupancy and productivity.
11. Monitor staff?s punctuality, discipline and manners.
12. Evaluate and Penalize Front Office Staffs.
13. Provide coaching, counseling, support and guidance to the associates as required.
14. Maintain and ensure cleanliness of Labaris Greeting.
15. Spot check cash floats and related documents to ensure amount is correct as issued by the accounts department.
16. Conduct regular rooms and villas inspections to ensure quality standards, complete necessary Engineering Job Order or housekeeping cleaning requests and monitor the results.
17. Monitor room inventory, follow up Out of Order and Out of Inventory room status.
18. Monitor accuracy of preparation and distribution of daily forecasts and reports which prepared by Night Guest Service Supervisor.
19. Supervise handling guest? profiles and requirement efficiently.
20. Liaise with the Accounting Department for accounting and auditing related front office procedures, reports and operational problems and payments of commission.
21. Assist Accounting Department in collecting outstanding, especially bills from tour leaders, local representative of operator and local agencies.
22. Ensure presence and proper appearance of all associates at all times.
23. Any others duty that may be assigned by Front Office Manager and General Manager.
24. Maximize room revenue and minimize unnecessary expenses.
