- are outgoing, responsible, and willing to learn
- understand backpackers and hostel services
- are service-minded and have problem solving/computer skills
- are fluent in English and Thai. Additional languages, Photoshop, Illustrator, barista skill, and bartending skill are a plus.
- are able to work in shifts

- Reception duties. Check in/out, reservations, cash reconciliations, email/phone enquiries
- Promotion and sale of in-house food & beverage and events
- Logging, reporting & attending to maintenance issues
