Assistant Executive Housekeeper
BASIC FUNCTIONS
1. Ensures good safety practices of employees and guests throughout the hotel assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures.
2. Provides guest room status reports to Front Desk, Housekeeper, and General Manager.
3. Advises Front Desk by telephone of all vacant and ready rooms as they become available.
4. Assists in the training and motivation of the housekeeping employee.
5. Communicates all maintenance and repair needs to appropriate individuals.
6. Distributes daily workload of room attendant.
7. Performs detailed inspection of all guest rooms (vacant, check-outs, and occupied alike), instructs on necessary corrections.
