2. A graduate from a well-know culinary institution is highly desirable.
3. Age 38 - 45 yrs.
4. Minimum of 5 year of experience in kitchens covering all aspects of cooking exposure to exotic cuisines will be a strong asset.
5. Solid managerial experience and knowledge in kitchen operation. This includes the knowledge required for management of people, complex problems, food and beverage management and food sanitation.

7. Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken.
- Responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure highest quality at all times. - Keeps an up-to-date standard receipt file for all food items.
- Ensures that all kitchen staff are aware the health and safety procedures of the palace.
- Recommends changes or replacement of kitchen operation equipment.
- Maintains high rating on guest satisfaction
- Meets with suppliers when possible and studies market trends for new equipment and products.
