Lounge Attendant is responsible for ensuring Lounge team to deliver the highest level of service standard in relating to operational concerns, the company reputation and good attitude toward each airline customers, solving problems or complaints in a timely manner. Interpersonal skill & customer oriented are the key characteristics as these will establish good relationship between GP and airline operational team.
1. Control the performance of the plan to be successful.
2. Make sure all equipment ready to use always.
3. Take responsibility for making decisions and solving problems that arise.
5. Report the performance to the supervisor.
4. Training to employees in their operations.
5. Support and guidelines for employees to work based on company safety.
6. Follow strictly abide by company regulations.
