- Minimum 3 years experience in Food & Beverage in the management level.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage Strategy Planning & Implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable to the new normal services.
- Ability to handle multiple function and pro-active.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
- Responsible for giving direction to the entire Food & Beverage Department.
- Able to improve service standards to increase guest satisfaction and overall hygiene standards.
- Ability to train others and pass on knowledge.
Stimulates sales and profit, controls operating expenses.
- Participates in menu planning and pricing with Sales & Marketing and Food & Beverage Culinary.
