- Bachelor degree in any field
- 1 year experience in Front Office Management position with international hotel chain.
- Proficient in OPERA system.
- Strong in English communication.
- Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work.
- Computer literate
- Monitor daily arrivals by ensuring all guests requests are carried out, all realistic expectations are met, and reservations are honored
- Meet and greet all return guests and VIP guests of the hotel both or in absence of Front Office Manager.
- Co-ordinate with FOM to conduct departmental training, monthly meeting, and monitor training tracking system for all team members
- Provide coaching and counseling, support and guidance to team members as required
- Check all registration card updated to ensure accuracy according to the law, and update the information timely basis.
