- Guest Service Agent reports directly to the Guest Service Supervisor (Assistant Manager in her/his absence).
- Guest Service Agent will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching the Front Desk with a professional manner, warm welcome and positive attitude. She/he will be a main actor in the Check-in and Check-out process, which occur at the Front Desk, and will be available to assist the guest in any time.
- Guest Service Agent will process to check-in the guest within 5 minutes according to Sofitel Brand Service Standard
- Guest Service Agent rotates 24 hours a day.
