Room Service Officer

Personality : Service minded, pleasant, punctual
Appearance : Smart - good looking - well groomed
Health : Good & excellent physical condition.
Academic & Technical requirements : - University or high school preferable
- Knowledge of R/S service
Language requirements : Good command of written and spoken English & Thai
Flexibility : Flexible working hours (morning - evening - night)

- ปริญญาตรี/ มัธยมหรือสูงกว่า , มีความรู้ในงานบริการ Room Service
- สามารสื่อสาร/เขียน ทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษพอใช้
- สามารทำงานได้ทุกช่วงเวลา (เช้า - บ่าย - ดึก)

Responsibility :
- To take all telephone orders from guests, register them in the cash register and make all necessary reports as indicated by the DFA.
- To ensure that all guests contacting room service are helped in a prompt, courteous and professional way and all orders are served accordingly
- Helps guests and explain menus contents
- Execute all tasks of the service procedure performed by the waiter whenever required.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- รับสายโทรศัพท์ ในการสั่งจากลูกค้า ลงทะเบียนและบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายในการสั่งในบัญชีของลูกค้า
- เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าลูกค้าที่ติดต่อจะได้รับความช่วยเหลือในวิธีที่สุภาพและ มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ
- ให้การช่วยเหลือแขกและ สามารถอธิบายเมนูให้กับแขกได้
- สามารถดำเนินงานทั้งหมดตามขั้นตอนกระบวนการ
