- Ability to adapt well with good attitude.
- Good understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics and content management systems and processes.
- Good command of English
- Actively planning strategies for online and direct segments.
- Manage and monitor implementation of e-commerce strategies.
- Maximize and improve sales conversion.
- Maintain accuracy, parity and daily update of information, room rate, inventory and other content.
- Working with reservation team to control allocations and room inventory.
- Create and implement marketing promotions online.
- Seek for and build new business opportunities with online partners.
- Coordinate website and other online activities with partners both internally and externally.
