4. Mandatory to speak, write & read in English.
5. Preferably from hospitality background or similiar.
Job Description
He/she guarantees accounting reliability and exhaustivity, monitors the budget, and acts as financial and administrative adviser to the Resort Manager and other Department Manager.
He/she is able to analyse and present the accounts to the shareholders (owners). He/she can work independently on the P&L of the owner which may differ completely from the Club Med model.
Commercial / Marketing: he/she assists Department Managers in development of local sales.
Delegation of authority: in observance of internal and external procedures, he/she holds a delegation of authority, whereby he is responsible for implementing, monitoring and checking regulations and standards and the legislation applicable (local laws and/or any other laws) to any area under his/her authority, and also for checking internal procedures for all Village services (audit).
Representation of the Club on the ground: he/she works towards good relations with local authorities with the scope of his task.
