The Logistics and Planning Officer should have the following qualities;

รายละเอียดงาน

The Logistics and Planning officer reports directly to the Assistant Operations and Safety Manager. The Operations team comprises the maintenance, housekeeping, security, gardening and fields, and events function of the school. The responsibilities and tasks that fall upon the team will be discharged effectively. In particular, the Logistics and Planning Officer will:
?Be the key contact for enquiries and requests directed to the operations team.
?Liaise directly with teachers and staff members.
?Assess and evaluate all work and tasks as required.
?Plan and allocate work to members.
?Allocate jobs to internal teams, CRC or external contractors.
?Track work and tasks. Keep records for Work Order Tracker, Safety Tracker, SHR Maintenance Plan.
?Feedback status of work updates for internal staff members.
?Raise of Purchase Requests as appropriate.
?Assist and support the line manager when required.
?Develop a positive working relationship between each team member and the line manager.
?Keep and maintain record of contract database of suppliers, contractors and contract renewals.
?Create an events archive for future reference through the existing school shared system.
?Write down in dairy all school events/activities, make sure there are no clashes in terms of set-ups, if any check with relevant departments
?Arrange to have an account of excessive furniture around school. Store away and assist with the distribution when required.
?Help with routine clerical tasks of the operations administration function.
?Ensure that key areas of school e.g. school gates/fronts, walkways, communal areas, etc. are clean, tidy and presentable.
?Assist with office key cutting and access key cards activation across the school.
?Ensure that the emergency alarm system connecting between the medical centre and swimming pools/ lower gym/ sports hall/ sports fields is functional and regularly tested.
?Arrange to have classroom/office door name stickers updated where required. The replacements are also applied for any worn out safety stickers, wall clock batteries and telephones.
?Maintain the stock and replacement of flags, poster stands, red barriers, red tapes, trolleys,etc. as and when necessary
?Arrange to have a regular confidential document shredding on-site service.
?Ensure that classrooms, offices and other areas of school as well as their furniture are well protected before the start of any work carried out by outside contractors and for the return of the space back to standard after the work.
?Assist with deliveries, assemblies and distributions of local purchase as and when required e.g. IKEA furniture.
?Put up and maintain school crest safety stickers on glass doors and windows
?Provide support to Operations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Gardening and Groundskeeper teams as and when required.
?Deal with other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
