? Manage all key day-to-day tasks at the Kiosk (merchandising, POS procedures, cash-drops, reporting, etc.)
? Provide customer feedback regarding what customers want to see for sale. (on-the-job research) Encourage consumers to sample our products and sell our licensed products to consumers
? Take initiative to provide memorable and positive experiences for consumers. Maintain a curious attitude to identify competitive initiatives and positioning Ensure visual dominance of product and proper merchandising of displays
? Consistent communication with supervisor outlining needs, concerns, recommendations, etc.
? Provide clear and concise comments and pertinent sales information in weekly comments report. Weekly reports will also include ?Insight Reporting? from you and your staff. By observing consumer behavior and shopping patterns, you can provide actionable insights to help improve the Kiosk process.
? Maintain and repair Kiosk on a daily basis.
? Be available for the rare occasions outside of work hours to communicate with staff, corporate and events.
