- Bachelor?s degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or any other related business field or professional qualification.
- 5 years of experience in commercial space management, admin, service business, commercial building, wholesale, or Retail.
- Good command in Thai and English both speaking and writing.
- Experience in marketing and have creative skill
- Extensive experience of managing operational tenant services.
- Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Business Development Manager will be responsible for business development of Salil Journey Riverside (the 'Project') as a mixed use project. The role requires high initiative and innovative thinking to identify areas of opportunity to maximize revenue and profits for the Project, other than hotel. The successful candidate with deal with third parties managing retail spaces in the Project to ensure that it is fully optimized. Essential responsibilities include the following as well as seeking additional business opportunities, including events and additional partners at the site.
Retail Space Marketing
- Develop marketing and event plan of the Project, other than hotel.
- Analyze traffic of customers and create strategic marketing plan to improve conversation of retail area.
- Directly negotiate with tenants to create marketing campaign.
- Coordinate with internal marketing team both online and offline in communicate in strategic approach with customers.
- Seek new strategic partners for areas of opportunity in the Project.
Tenant Management
- Work with tenants/ operators of areas other than hotel, to ensure tenants? satisfaction, leading revenue, and profit, and building good company reputation.
- Prepare and analyze all tenant related reports such as revenue, profit, contract status report, AR report, early termination, and provide management insight, learning trend & recommendations for the periodic meetings.
- Follow up all renewal contracts to make sure all contract to be completed before expiry date.
- Support tenant for renewal negotiation if the cases that must be reviewed by management.
- Work closely with tenants to proceed for GP date collection, and invoice issuance to tenants.
