o Able to read and understand electrical circuit, sanitary and HVAC drawings.

Experience
o At least 10 years of practical experience in repair and maintenance of M&E system in a hotel, ships, , manufacturing industry or large building.
Education
o High school or vocational education - bachelor degree.
English

1. Controls and supervises the sub-ordinates for the smooth operation according to the duties and each responsibility
2. Controls and keeps all sub-ordinates in good disciplinary and Hotel regulations. Record and reports the performance of sub-ordinates to Chief Engineer
3. In charge of all and maintenance works of POMEC Department
4. Co-ordinates and co-operates with other Department for the smooth operation of the hotel.
5. Makes planning and organizing the current operation in the way of saving energy consumption and increasing productivity
6. Controls and maintains the tool and equipments in good condition and using material economically including safety precaution
