Bachelor- s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
Age between 20-30 years old only.
1 year- experience in a Human Resources Management and Development; preferably managing the multiple company identities.
Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve sensitive problems.
Proven effective collaboration with other teams to deliver a consistent staff experience.
Having a very good implementation and communication ability to all levels of the organization.
Good command in English and Thai.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain a positive professional manner while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, deadlines and timelines.
Positive attitude and positive contributor to the company culture and activities.
Organizational skills, Result-oriented, Flexible and Self-motivated.

Ability to ensure integrity of confidential employee information, including the compliance and related laws.
1. To contact with new hire expat to process the documents for them to obtain Non-immigrant business visa or appropriate visa from their country.
2.Preparing applications for registration with the Ministry of Labor and the Immigration Department as well as other government authorities include the following matters: Visa and Work permit
Review and check the document to be ready for registration with the competent government authorities.
3.File the application and related documents with the competent government authorities including solve any problems that may incur during the registration process.
4.Handle all problems which are related to any Visa and work permit issues
5.Manage all schedule and process of Visa, work permit application, and 90 days notification.
Make a good relationship with Labor Department and immigration officer in order to make all application process and negotiation be more smoothly.
6.Taking care about traveling plan such as the ticket, accommodation for all expatriate staffs.
Taking care any concerns of Expatriate staffs
7.Handle all cancelation and extension process of Visa and work permit.
8.Coordinate with Outsource Affiliates Company to support Visa & Work permit task.
HR Operations:
1.Manage the HR operation based on a detailed and up-to-date understanding of local labour law.
Maintain full records of each person- s employment history, both online and in paper form, and ensure all such information is kept confidential.
2.Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives.
3.Support all HR and company activities
4.Ensure employee grievances, disciplinary procedures are monitored.
5.Lead the implementation of employee recognition schemes.
6.Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues.
7.Make sure that all activities are scheduled, prepared and communicated to all staffs in appropriate time.
8.Planning and creating employee relations and communication activities e.g., Line, Slack and Email
9.Keep update staff information board
10.Providing counseling on policies and procedures
11.Support recruitment function to source candidates and update our database
12.Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and other duties
13.Handle any other jobs as assigned by Human Resources Manager
Other Tasks Assignment
1.Monitor and ensure the renewal of restaurant license, halal license, tobacco and alcohol license
2.Any other related reports as per company requirements
