?At least Bachelor degree in any field
?At least 3 years experience in front office manager position of international hotels
?Strong result oriented, people management and leadership skills
?Strong in interpersonal skill and outgoing
?Strong in English communication skill and computer literate
?Strong in analytical, problem solving skill and execution of the work
?Involve on budgeting and forecasting in regards of front office department as well as cost saving campaign.
?Ensure maximizing hotel revenue in relevant area, ensure of rooms at highest possible rates daily.
?Clarify duties and responsibilities of front office employees and ensure that workflow is in logical order.
?Ensure employees are up-to-date with current information of hotel products including room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, promotions and other services, etc.
?Conduct regular room and floor inspections to ensure quality standards, complete necessary engineering maintenance order or housekeeping cleaning requests and monitor the results.
-Experience working in a contact center for travel agency, airline, or OTA would be desirable.
