To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local and international market trends in order to create food experience that satisfy guest needs, thereby maximixing sales opportunities.
Responsible for delivering the best tasting food and culinary experience at every meal.
To control requisitioning of food quantities, by forescasting volume, to achieve maximum profitabiltiy by avoiding over/under production.
