Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer science or related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Good command in Thai and English both speaking and writing.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.
- Demonstrate an interest in and an understanding of issues relevant to your IT department and hotel
- Demonstrate ability to interact with customer, employees and third parties that reflects es relevant to your IT department and hotel.
- Problem solving, Customer focus, Motivating and teamwork.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field.

รายละเอียดงาน
You will join the pre-opening team and be instrumental in the setup of your department and IT systems and solutions for the hotel, you will be able to coordinate with vendors and several stakeholders simultaneously to ensure the seamless and timely implementation. This position is responsible for the supervision and handling of day-to-day IT operations. The IT manager ensures that timely IT support is rendered to all departments, especially in areas with guest contacts. He/she will be responsible for the administration of the inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of information systems, data processing systems and procedures for the hotel that includes databases, network administration, applications programming, web design and user support systems.
- Ensures that the Hotel's computer system both hardware and software is fully accounted for, properly maintained and reliable.
- Ensures that procedures are in place that in the event any problem encountered in software and hardware that they are addressed immediately.
- Ensures the physical and logical security of IT system.
- Defines and keeps update written incident management policies and procedures where the action to be taken and persons to be contacted in case of an incident are clearly mentioned.
- Ensure that all Software Licenses and laws are adhered to.
- Plan, direct and control all day-to-day information systems functions.
- Conduct periodic and annual inventory audits of the equipment & recommend replacement of equipment as required
- Be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by management.
Technical Responsibilities
- Attends to any problems encountered in software and hardware by all departments and to keep a register of such incidents and the manner in which they have been solved.
- Performs routine system setups as may be required by software and or programs such as regular update of antivirus programs.
- Strictly performs daily, monthly back up procedures, ensuring the successful completion of the process and the safeguard of the backup tapes
- Assists any departments of the hotel in formulating their IT material requirements and provide adequate solutions to their needs
- Provides regular training on IT security and ensure that all PMS access passwords are regularly updated, automatic standby mode on servers and PMS activated and IT procedures strictly follows by all employees of the hotel.
- Performs regular computer audits searching for authorized programs, improper set up or loopholes in the security setup.
- Direct and coordinate database management, network administration and user support services
