- Oversee all aspects of the operations to ensure smooth running of the
business at all times including H&S, maintenance, tenant relations, budget management
- Lead by example at all times as an ambassador for theCOMMONS
- Ensure spaces and services are always up to standard.
- Build a strong operations team of building manager, day and night
- manager, and customer service to support
- tenants as well as customers of theCOMMONS.
- Ensure clear communication between theCOMMONS and all key stakeholders
- Constant review of systems and practices to ensure high level of on-site productivity.
- Ensure on-site practices are in line with company sustainability policy.
- Work closely with founder, curation team and marketing team assisting with execution of tenant relations,marketing campaigns, events and activations
- Ensure clear communication with tenants on important matters regarding operations
- Shape and create a culture and environment where people want to be an aspirational team player and want to create the best experience possible for customers
- Manage staffing schedule for onsite teams
- Maintain and manage strong relationships with tenants and partners
- Responsible for staff trainings
- Excellent people skills, confident talking to clients and traders in a consultative manner and developing long-term relations
