Marketing Communication & PR Manager

-Bachelor- s or Master- s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field is required.
-At least 5 years experience of working in a marketing role for the hospitality industry.
-Experience of working with media and design agencies.
-Qualifications or courses relating to creative, descriptive or effective writing.
-Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and under pressure.
-Good command in English language both of written and spoken
-Strong communication, service and leadership skills.
-Must be outgoing and enjoy working with people.
-Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Photo shop and others)

- Responsible for MASON brand including Brand building, Brand image, Internal branding, CSR & sustainability in all communication channels.
- Develop Marketing & PR Plan and responsible for the strategic design, implementation and management a range of on-line & off-line Marketing Communication & PR strategies
- Responsible for Marketing Communication & PR performance.
- Develop and implement Digital Marketing strategy and plan to achieve business- s target performance.
- Responsible for all marketing & PR activities to ensure overall positioning of the resort, brand communication & PR align with the plan as well as to support sales activity and to ensure all activities are well perform and follow the timeline and meet company goals.
- Lead, coach and manage Marketing & PR team to deliver efficiency Marketing Communication & PR performance and meet company- s objective.
