? Manage front desk, Reservation & Enquiry (booking) and service department to provide excellent service and high efficiency.
? Conduct a cycle of service quality audits, assessments, analysis, training and improvement. That is, quality assurance is a common plan for customer satisfaction.
? Development of quality control processes and standard operating procedures.
? Ensuring that all services are in accordance with SOP, corporate services, law and standards.
? Review and provide feedback to the head of the department.
? Monitoring and evaluation of the SOP process
? Engage with customers and collect product reviews.
? Prepare statistical reports on quality standards.
? Report to top management on quality standard issues.
