- Having experience as a Guest Service Agent at least 2-3 years.
- Similar for front office program
- Good in English communication
- Friendly and good relation
Primary Duties
1. To assign rooms according to guest requirements.
2. To check daily guest arrival and departure list.
3. To update room status regularly.
4. To receive and assist VIP guests in their registration upon check in.
5. To arrange guest amenities to be delivered to VIP guests.
6. To settle guest complaints on room assignment and problem concerning room bills.
7. To plan and check on the staff duty roster
8. To provide on the job training to subordinates and new recruits.
9. To evaluate the performance of subordinates.
10. To report any irregularities to your immediately superior.
11. To supervise the subordinates in the daily preparation of various reports and jobs
assignment when working overnight shift.
12. To attend to guest complaints and solve them amicably.
13. To be able to handle guest?s inquiries effectively.
14. To know the Company policies and required standard.
15. To have knowledge of the different types of rooms and their rates e.g. contracted rated and validity.
16. To carry out any other related duties as assigned by the FOM
