- At least 3 year experience as a Front Office Manager of medium to large size International brand hotels .
Strong in English communication. Additional Foreign language is a plus.
- Strong planning, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate. Proficient in OPERA PMS.
- Responsible for the entire operation training and staffing of the department.
- Handles and resolves guest queries and complaints efficiently.
- Monitors and drive performance for Accor brand standards and loyalty program.
- 7 days off / month
- 9 working hours / day
