1.Knowledge in the Front Office in the hospitality industry.
2.Excellent spoken and written English.
3.Well versed in use of computers such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4.Sharp, Detailed, Meticulous, Display of cheerful, pleasant and warm disposition, Leadership, problem solving, positive attitude under pressure.
1.Responsible for submitting the monthly Activities Report to the RM.
2.Attends all Department Head Meeting and Sales Meeting whenever required. Also, to attend the daily operations meeting of the property.
3.To greet all guests upon arrival and to assist them whenever required (especially those who are new in Thailand). Always shows a friendly and professional relationship with guest.
4.Follow-up calls to be made to all new arrivals and maintain a close rapport with all in house guests.
5.To assist the RM in handling guest?s problems and complaints.
6.Organize monthly/quarterly guest activities or other programmes e.g. thank you for long stay cocktails.
7.Prepare and handle all correspondence circulars to in-house guests.
8.Send personalized thank you note together with questionnaire form to all departing guests.
9.To organize & maintain the resident lounge.
10.To oversee the Fitness Center and Resident lounge.
11.Compile analysis of guest?s comments and feedback during their stay.
12.Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
13.Attends to the administrative functions at the guest services department.
14.Attend for the monthly credit meeting.
15.Monitors and ensures that all guest credit outstanding is within the policy limits.
16.Maintain the front office float for the refund of security deposits.
17.Prepare and responsible for the department budget.
18.To perform Manager on Duty (MOD) functions as assigned by the management.
19.Provide sufficient and adequate training to staff from time to time. Must also conduct daily briefing to the staff and organize a monthly department meeting.
20.Approves pay-out up to the set limit, subject to approval of GM, RM, ARM or FM.
