- Supervises daily operations of Reception, Concierge and Bell Services, Guest Relations, Reservation, Telecommunications, Business Centre, Hotel Drivers and Transportation.
- Responsible for all Front Office operating equipments, safe deposit boxes and liaises with other departments pertaining to daily front office activities.
- Responsible for planning, direct, control, coordinate and participate in all Front Office activities. Work closely with Reservation on controlling room?s inventory, forecast and maximize room revenue without rejecting other business and at the same time increase average room rate.
- To boosts, develops and maintains staff morale within the department.
- To maintain good communication within the department.
- To ensure that all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- To supervise the employee to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
- To ensure that no confidential information in divulged without prior consults of senior management.
- Receives, investigates and handle queries or complaints from hotel guests, management, etc. and report them to the Director of Rooms.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
