- Prooven previous experience in similar roles for 3 or more years.
- Good English skills.
This is an opportunity for a person that likes order and working with people, is systematic and feels comfortable supervising and guiding others in a kind and respectful way. You will be joining a beautiful school of yoga and personal growth and helping to manage their campus on daily basis. You should have a good level of English and Thai to be able to communicate effectively both with Thai, Myanmar and Foreigner people.
Responsibilities:
Ensure every member of the team perform their daily activities in time and manner. This includes gardening, maintenance, welcome center and volunteers.
Keep the campus beautiful and tidy, including the halls, beach, bungalows and garden area.
Assign daily tasks to volunteers, mainteance and gardening staff.
Welcome new volunteers and guide them through their entire volunteering experience.
Ensure all classes start on time and teacher are not missing.
Submit daily reports of activities to management and ensure others do them as well.
Ensure students follow rules and regulations of the school.
