- Must master the food handling and food identification, according to the guidelines giving to (him/her) by the Boulanger Chef instructor or Production Chef.
- Must master hygiene and safety, according to the guidelines giving to(him/her) by the Boulanger Chef instructor or Production Chef.
- Must understand the principle of the classes, courses and academic program in order to help the Boulanger Chef instructor during the class.
- Must master the utilization and cleaning of kitchen equipment, according to the guidelines giving to (him/her) by the Boulanger Chef instructor or Production Chef.
- learn fast and develop him/herself, rapidly to become more efficient, and productive
The role of the Boulanger Assistant Chef is to participate in all bakery/pastry activities, assisting the Boulanger Chef instructor during the classes, helping for all aspects of preparation for the courses following guidelines from the Assistant Production Chef or Production Chef, prior and subsequent to the classes.
