This position is concerned with covering the overall supervision, control and guest relations in all beverage areas, paying special attention to guest needs and the overall service standards.
1).To oversee the service of Food and Beverage products, to ensure that they meet the standards as set in the Beverage policy of the Company.
2).To maintain close communication and co-operation within the staff and with associated departments of the Company.
3).To supervise the service of all staff in the Beverage, paying special attention to guest service, and recognition.
4).To check daily all operating equipment, furniture, fixtures and all other equipment used within the bar, and to report all necessary repairs or work required, to the Housekeeping and Engineering departments accordingly.
5).To has a full understanding and knowledge of all items that are offered on the menu & beverage list.
6). To be responsible for the protection of all operating equipment and beverage stock, ensuring that all equipment and stock is properly stored, handled and controlled.
