1. Selling of Membership
- Close membership selling to in house guests on package.
- Coordinate with operations team for in house event for membership selling.
2. Member Relation Management
- Personalized membership approach, member greetings upon visits, take care, recommend and follow through health programme treatments in order to assist them to use all credit within validity period.
- Coordinate with Wellness Coordinator upon members schedules and treatment plans
- Coordinate with other departments and individuals concerned regarding treatment options, special recommendation and guest health issues including daily liaison with team members on individual guest progress.
