Knowledge Hotel Operating System (Suns system)
? Knowledge in accounting AP, Income , AR, OPERA and PMS system
? Understanding of Finance & Accounting principles and Taxation.
? Moderate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
? Support the Director of Finance in managing and supervising daily accounting activities.
? Guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles of all financial records and reports.
? Generate cash flow analyses, annual operating and capital budgets, and any required analytical reports.
? Ensure prompt and accurate filing and payment of all federal, state, taxes, licenses, and permits.
8 days-off per month (9.5 hours working hours)
