1. University graduates, major in hotel management or English
2. Have experiences 2-5 years in Hotel.
3. Age 25-30 years, outgoing, strong communication skill and skills for handling guests? complaints.
4. Good command of Comanche, MS Word, MS Excel.
5. Familiar with service standards of operational departments.
1. Ensure that all guests are treated according to our service standard.
2. Ensure the room allocation on day and next day does meet guest?s preference and the check-in and check-out preparing works are ready in advance and inform Housekeeping.
3. Report major comments and feed backs from guest.
4. Solve any problems related to guest of associate and arrange gift for the complained guest if necessary.
5. Handles any guest problem or complaint in a professional and hospitable manner.
6. Assist Front Office Manager for training task.
7. Check in VIP rooms accordingly and make sure.
8. Ensure property rules and regulations are adhered to and will maintain discipline.
