? At least 2 years? experience in a well-established hotel, restaurant or shop.
? Strong working knowledge in Italian or Western kitchen will be advantageous.
? Preferably strong understanding of HACCP.
? Demonstrates a real passion for culinary with strong leadership, dedication, creativity, and determination to succeed.
? Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
? Flexibility, since hours for an instructor may vary and include weekends, evenings and holidays
? To assist and support the Culinary Instructor in delivering the highest standard of teaching to students.
? Ensure and maintain smooth operation of a day-to-day lecture and provide aid to the Culinary Instructor and students when needed.
? To demonstrate, perform specific techniques and tasks as instructed by the Culinary Instructor.
? Participate in curriculum development and assessment working in conjunction with the Culinary Instructor and the Sous Chef.
? Ensure all mise en place and preparation needed is properly organized accordingly prior, during, and after each class. Conduct a thorough breakdown and supervise the proper storage of all tools, supplies, and equipment.
