-Mature person with a minimum of 5 years? experience.
-Bachelor?s Degree or High Vocational Certificate in any related field.
-Excellent level of spoken and written English.
-Strong knowledge of Office software programmes.
-Excellent numeracy and Analytical skills.
-Experience in hospitality business (restaurant or hotel) an advantage.
-Possesses positive attitude, flexible and trustworthy.
-Able to work as team player & independently.
-Great leadership and coaching skills.
-Good negotiation skills.
-Operate and control all back of house operations for Kai New Zealand and XII Mediterranean both based next door to each other in Sathorn soi 12, Bangkok.
-Process back-office system accounting, purchasing, sourcing. Relay information to the external accountants and co-ordinate as required.
-Coordinating, checking, and delivering salary and service charge payments to staff.
-Communicating with local government authorities when needed.
-To liaise with Head Chefs and FOH managers to organise routine maintenance inspections by the relevant engineers, technicians, and service companies.
-Assist the kitchen and front of house with sourcing products/equipment.
-Manage daily banking & petty cash systems in the different departments.
-Manage general Human Resource duties incl. general information keeping and advertising.
