You will make it to the next round if you are:
* Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years in Financial & Accounting management experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a midscale class environment.
* Knowledgeable and proven experience in finance & accounting from hotel/ residential project, or hospitality industry is highly regarded.
* Have good communication skills in written and spoken English.
* Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel.
* Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* if you have an experience in cost control will be advantage.
Who is a team player & leader, enthusiastic and self-motivated with solid experiences in Finance and Accounting Fields in Hospitality segment.
Successful candidate will be looking after a hotel operations as a Cluster Roles for ASAI Bangkok Chinatown and ASAI Bangkok Sathorn.
The position is responsible to control and report the cash funds and all assets of the hotel; including setting up and maintaining a system of internal controls and effective control of the assets and revenues of the hotel. Another main duty is to administer the accounting department and related functions effectively. All accounting records must be maintained, all reports and financial statements must be prepared on a timely basis as well.
