- Good command of Thai and English language both written and speaking
- Good command of using Microsoft Office, incl. outlook, excel, word, power point as well as social media chat line
- Customer support focus person
- Provide positive customer support experience using PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine
- Relevant experience in using hotel PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine would be a plus (we will also provide necessary training)
- Resolve issues relating to PMS, Channel Manager and Booking Engine
- Work from Mon - Fri
- 13 days of public holidays per year
- Social Security
- Incentive (if reach KPI)
Salary is based on relevant past experience.
