- You will be reporting to the Asst. Chief Engineer regularly
- Attend daily shift briefings & meetings as scheduled
- You will provide the Special Marasca Service & Feeling to all of our guests
- You will follow all SOPs are designed in accordance with International safety standards, local regulations, Marasca Policies.
- You will present yourself to our guests in a polite & approachable manner
- You will ensure that all Accommodations, Equipment?s, Water supply, Electricity, WIFI,? are in a safe working manner and can be used / accessed by our guests
- You initiate action by yourself to develop your knowledge about Marasca, Khao Yai & Activities the guests can participate in as well tourist attractions in the area the guests can visit
- You will report any challenges you may face in achieving 100% guest satisfaction to your supervisor without delay
- Assist the management to ensure all guest facing as well as back of house areas are impeccable clan & spotless presentable reflecting the vision of Marasca.
- To never say ?No? to a guest, but help to find an alternative
- You will participate to solve any challenges which might occur in your area and keep an open line of communication with the management to provide / receive assistance.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to make sure operations are running smoothly in tandem with one another, to reach our common goal to create ?cherry-on-top? experiences through unique accommodations, services and activities.
- You will keep an open line of communication and inform the management of any suspicious or suspected illegal behavior ongoing in guest areas as well as guest accommodation areas.

- And everything else in-between! You will be required to perform any reasonable requests and other duties assigned by the management.
