Responsible for the planning and
execution of all Talent & Culture
activities
? Ensures all practices are developed and completed in keeping with local legislation
? Provides leadership and guidance in establishing all aspects of Human Resources e.g. compensation
& benefits, recruitment, legal issues, career development etc.
? Develops our Talent at all levels of the organisation
? Is an integral part of the community working closely with Universities, Govt. training
initiatives etc.
