- At least 2 year experiences with proven track record in hotel corporate and/or leisure sales
- Fluently in English skills, both speaking and writing.
- Mature and pleasant personality with professional appearance
- Excellent people and interpersonal skill
- Sales and goal oriented mindset
- Computer literacy
- Possess high ownership thinking and work well under high pressure
- Seeking new business through sales blitz, tele sales, client entertain etc.
- Maintain good relationship and production with key account client.
- Create yearly sales budget together with management
- Achieve monthly, yearly sales budget
- Liaise accurate and timely information to concerned departments to ensure that the clients will received the best product and service for maximum satisfaction
- Create sales activity plan and visit the existing and potential clients
- Provide update and information on market and competitor?s conditions and trends as a result of sales calling to management.
- Arrange and accompany client on site?s inspection
- Attend daily morning brief and weekly sales meeting
- Create and submit sales report as assigned by the management
