? Have experience serving in fine dining restaurant or hotel industry
? Age 22 - 40 year old
? Have full understanding of menu and introduce dishes. Be able to make recommendations to guests
? Take order from guests
? Have basic knowledge of beverage list
? Pick up food from the kitchen and clear dishes in an appropriate manner
? Attentive to guests and able to interact with guests politely.
? Maintain an always clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
? Responsible for all pre-service set up (glassware, cutlery, table setting)
? Able to use POS system to checkout guests.
? Execute opening and closing procedures according to Service Manager/Supervisor.
